Job Description

- *About the Role**
We are looking for a proactive **Admin \& Operations Executive** who can ensure the smooth functioning of our day\-to\-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, coordinating with vendors, handling administrative responsibilities, and managing on\-ground operational activities. If you're organized, resourceful, and comfortable traveling locally for official work, we'd love to hear from you.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth workplace operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Manage office documentation, filing, and record\-keeping (both physical and digital).
- Handle procurement of office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate courier services, dispatches, visitor management, and front\-desk support.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare MIS reports, maintain operational records, and support management with data entry using MS Excel and Word.
- Visit banks, government offices, vendors, and other external locations for official work whenever required.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational activities.
- *Requirements**
- 1–2 years of experience in Administration, Operations, Back Office, or Office Coordination.
- Must own a **laptop** and a **two\-wheeler (bike/scooty)** for official travel.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
- Comfortable traveling locally for office\-related assignments.
- Basic understanding of office administration and vendor management.
- *Skills Required**
- Good communication skills in **English, Hindi and Bengali**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**.
- Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to take ownership of day\-to\-day operations.
