We are looking for a proactive **Admin \& Operations Executive** who can ensure the smooth functioning of our day\-to\-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, coordinating with vendors, handling administrative responsibilities, and managing on\-ground operational activities. If you're organized, resourceful, and comfortable traveling locally for official work, we'd love to hear from you.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth workplace operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Manage office documentation, filing, and record\-keeping (both physical and digital).
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate courier services, dispatches, visitor management, and front\-desk support.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
  • Prepare MIS reports, maintain operational records, and support management with data entry using MS Excel and Word.
  • Visit banks, government offices, vendors, and other external locations for official work whenever required.
  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational activities.
  • *Requirements**
  • 1–2 years of experience in Administration, Operations, Back Office, or Office Coordination.
  • Must own a **laptop** and a **two\-wheeler (bike/scooty)** for official travel.
  • A valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Comfortable traveling locally for office\-related assignments.
  • Basic understanding of office administration and vendor management.
  • *Skills Required**
  • Good communication skills in **English, Hindi and Bengali**.
  • Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**.
  • Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to take ownership of day\-to\-day operations.
