Key Responsibilities1\. Office Administration \& Facility Management
- Ensure smooth day\-to\-day administration and functioning of the office.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and renovation activities.
- Monitor housekeeping standards across all office areas.
- Ensure proper upkeep of reception, workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.
2\. Hygiene \& Cleanliness Management
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the premises.
- Conduct regular inspections of office premises and washrooms.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and monitor daily cleaning schedules.
- Ensure adequate availability of cleaning materials and hygiene supplies.
- Take corrective actions for any hygiene\-related concerns.
3\. Security Management
- Supervise security guards and security agencies deployed at the premises.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure proper visitor management procedures are followed.
- Conduct regular security checks and report any security concerns.
- Coordinate with security vendors regarding manpower deployment and performance.
4\. Asset Management
- Maintain records of all company assets including furniture, fixtures, equipment, laptops, desktops, and office accessories.
- Ensure proper asset allocation, tracking, and recovery.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of company assets.
- Coordinate asset repairs, maintenance, and replacement when required.
- Maintain asset registers and documentation.
5\. Electricity \& Utility Management
- Monitor electricity consumption and utility expenses.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical equipment and lighting systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for electrical maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor DG sets, UPS systems, air\-conditioning units, and other utilities.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of essential services.
6\. Vendor \& AMC Management
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, electrical, and other service vendors.
- Maintain vendor contracts, agreements, and renewal schedules.
- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
- Verify vendor bills and submit for approval.
7\. Inventory \& Consumable Management
- Maintain stock of office supplies, stationery, pantry items, housekeeping materials, and other consumables.
- Monitor consumption and initiate timely procurement.
- Maintain inventory records and stock registers.
8\. Health, Safety \& Compliance
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
- Monitor fire safety equipment and emergency preparedness.
- Coordinate safety drills and inspections.
- Ensure statutory and administrative compliance related to facility management.
9\. Event \& Logistics Management
- Coordinate office events, meetings, training sessions, and management visits.
- Arrange logistics, seating, refreshments, transportation, and venue requirements.
- Support company events and employee engagement activities.
10\. Employee Support Services
- Address administration\-related employee concerns.
- Ensure availability of pantry, transport, housekeeping, and facility support services.
- Coordinate employee accommodation, travel, and logistics when required.
11\. Documentation \& Reporting
- Maintain administration records, registers, and reports.
- Prepare monthly administration MIS reports.
- Track expenses related to housekeeping, security, utilities, maintenance, and office operations.
- Submit regular reports to management.
Key Accountability
The Administration Officer shall be responsible for the overall upkeep, hygiene, cleanliness, safety, security, utility management, asset control, vendor coordination, and smooth administrative functioning of Torani India.
Pay: ₹20,000\.49 \- ₹30,000\.05 per month
