Job Description

  • Manage day\-to\-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and administrative documentation.
  • Prepare quotations, work orders, invoices, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate with customers for document collection and follow\-ups.
  • Handle TNEB, MNRE, and other statutory documentation processes.
  • Maintain office files, records, and digital documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
  • Support HR with onboarding, employee records, and office policies.
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
