The Support Administrator for Kubernetes plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of our support systems. This role is pivotal in independently resolving technical issues, providing on\-call support, and conducting root cause analysis to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.
1\. Provide Operational Support By Leveraging Kubernetes And Ansible To Deploy, Manage, And Troubleshoot Containerized Applications, Ensuring High Availability And Reliability.
2\. Conduct Root Cause Analysis For Escalated Issues, Utilizing Redhat Linux And Azure Cloud Services To Identify And Resolve Underlying Problems Effectively.
3\. Develop And Maintain Documentation For Knowledge Management, Updating Knowledge Bases With Solutions And Best Practices Related To Kubernetes And Container Orchestration.
4\. Train And Mentor New Team Members On Support Processes And Tools, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Improvement.
5\. Ensure Timely Resolution Of Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Prioritizing Tasks Effectively To Manage Workload And Maintain Service Quality.
6\. Enhance Customer Experience By Driving First Call Resolution Initiatives, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Reopening Cases Through Proactive Problem\-Solving.
