As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and results\-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target\-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate leads, counsel parents about our brain development programs, convert inquiries into admissions, and build long\-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads through field marketing, campaigns, school activities, events, referrals, and other outreach initiatives.
• Counsel parents about Foxbrain's brain development programs and address their queries effectively.
• Convert inquiries into admissions by providing appropriate guidance and follow\-up.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and prospective clients.
• Conduct timely follow\-ups to maximize conversions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow\-ups, and admissions using CRM or reporting systems.
• Represent Foxbrain professionally during promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Education Sales, Counselling, or a similar customer\-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and proactive.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
