Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to engage with prospective candidates, provide guidance, and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow\-up abilities, and a customer\-focused approach to ensure a positive admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions and inquiries.
• Counsel prospective candidates and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow\-ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Achieve admission and enrollment targets.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong counseling and follow\-up abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
• Fluency in both Tamil and English is mandatory
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
