We're Hiring: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Operations Support Engineer

Location: Noida (Hybrid)

Experience: 4–8 Years

We're looking for an experienced AEM Operations Support Engineer to support and manage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6\.5\.x) environments, ensuring platform stability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support AEM Author, Publish \& Dispatcher environments
• Deploy code/content packages and manage configurations
• Troubleshoot incidents, performance issues, and perform RCA
• Administer users, ACLs, workflows, replication, and repository management
• Configure and maintain Apache HTTP Server \& Dispatcher
• Monitor platform health using DataDog, Splunk, and enterprise monitoring tools
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams

Required Skills

Hands\-on experience with AEM 6\.5\.x administration \& production support

Strong knowledge of AEM Architecture, Sling, OSGi, Oak Repository \& CRXDE

Apache HTTP Server \& Dispatcher expertise

Linux administration \& shell scripting

JVM basics, GC, heap/thread dump analysis

Experience with LDAP, SAML, OAuth/IMS, ServiceNow/Jira

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Good to Have

Jenkins/Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CDN technologies, Adobe Dynamic Media/Assets, Groovy/Bash/Python, Adobe Guides/DITA.
