Adobe Tech Forms Designer

##### **Project description**

The Adobe Tech Forms Designer helps shape how forms are implemented in an agile environment and supports the delivery and improvement of forms, information\-capturing, and related automation products. The position sits within the Information Capturing Crew in India and the Client Document and Records Management area.

##### **Responsibilities**

Perform initial form design and handle bulk form\-design work, including textual changes, according to defined guidelines.

Review requirements and configurations, identify gaps or discrepancies, and ensure system technical requirements are addressed.

Test forms and solutions, analyze the root causes of defects, and implement fixes.

Walk Source IT teams through test scenarios.

Produce production handover documentation.

Participate in post\-production verification checks.

##### **Skills**

Must have

5\+ years of experience as a Adobe Tech Forms Designer.

Technical skills / expertise

Experience with Adaptive Forms, XD, XFA design.

Experience with Adobe Pro, Adobe LiveCycle or AEM Designer.

Scripting knowledge, particularly JavaScript,

Knowledge of XSD, XML and Git.

Accessibility, Typographic and design knowledge.

Professional skills

Able to work independently within given instructions and meet deadlines.

Comfortable working under time pressure and high workloads.

Well organized, with an ability to priorities and create efficient processes.

Client\-focused and a problem solver.

Very good English is required; German is desirable, while other languages are advantageous.
