• *About the Role**

Femora India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a performance\-driven Ads / PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across e\-commerce and digital platforms, with a focus on driving online sales and improving ROAS.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize keywords, bids, budgets, targeting, and ad performance.
• Monitor key metrics including ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and sales.
• Analyse campaign performance and implement data\-driven optimization strategies.
• Monitor competitor activity, search terms, and marketplace opportunities.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
• Conduct basic A/B testing of ads, creatives, keywords, and targeting.
• Coordinate with E\-commerce, Design, Content, and Sales teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly PPC performance reports and share actionable insights.
• Support advertising campaigns during marketplace promotions and sales events.

• *Required Skills**

• Good understanding of PPC / Performance Marketing.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Understanding of ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Good attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work with budgets and performance targets.
• Amazon PPC experience will be an added advantage.

• *Qualification \& Experience**

• Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in PPC, Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or E\-commerce Advertising.
• Freshers with relevant certifications/internships may also be considered.
