Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing)

Job Summary

We are seeking a data\-driven Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in performance marketing and a strong understanding of campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on

• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
• Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audiences
• Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively
• Track conversions using tools like Google Analytics (GA4\)
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
• Implement retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives

Required Skills

• Hands\-on experience with Google Ads \& Meta Ads Manager
• Understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS
• Experience with conversion tracking (Pixel, Tag Manager)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4\)
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
