• *What You'll Do**

• Connect with prospective clients via phone, WhatsApp, and CRM channels.
• Understand each client's business goals and recommend the right advertising, branding, or promotional solutions.
• Present our services clearly and confidently.
• Own the full journey from lead to closed client.
• Track conversations, updates, and follow\-ups in the CRM.
• Build long\-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
• Coordinate with our creative and operations teams so client needs are delivered accurately.
• Meet your monthly sales and revenue targets.

• *Compensation — Clear and Honest**

• **Fixed base:** ₹8,000–₹10,000 per month.
• **Performance earnings:** total monthly income can rise up to **₹35,000** as you hit and exceed your targets.
• **Incentives on top** for performance beyond assigned targets — no upper cap on what you can earn.
• Full details on targets and incentive calculations are shared during the selection process.

• *What We're Looking For**

• 3\+ years in sales, business development, account management, or client acquisition. *(Strong client\-facing professionals from other sectors with a good grasp of advertising are welcome to apply.)*
• Experience in advertising, media, marketing, or branding is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship\-building skills.
• Confident negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self\-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• A professional, accountable, target\-driven attitude.

• *Language Skills**

• Strong spoken and written English and Hindi required.
• Additional regional languages are a plus.

• *Preferred Academic Background** *(not mandatory)*

Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Advertising \& Media Studies, or Communication Management.
