• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced **Advocate** to join our in\-house legal team at a leading real estate development company based in Juhu, Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling real estate litigation, title due diligence, land acquisition matters, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance related to residential and commercial projects.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage and drive all civil litigation pertaining to land and real estate matters before courts, tribunals, and other relevant authorities.
• Handle title due diligence, land acquisition disputes, encroachment issues, and builder\-buyer legal conflicts.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, including Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Development Agreements, Conveyances, and other property\-related documentation.
• Liaise and coordinate with external advocates, solicitors, consultants, and government authorities on behalf of the company.
• Provide timely legal opinions and strategic advice to senior management on property\-related matters and associated legal risks.
• Maintain and monitor all litigation files, court schedules, notices, legal correspondence, and case\-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including RERA, the Transfer of Property Act, the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, and other relevant statutory requirements.

• *Required Qualifications:**

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in real estate litigation and property law.
• Strong knowledge of title due diligence, land acquisition, and real estate regulations.
• Excellent drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage legal matters and work with multiple stakeholders.

• *Preferred Experience:**

• Prior experience with a real estate developer, construction company, or law firm handling real estate matters.
• Familiarity with Maharashtra real estate laws and regulatory processes.
