• *About the Role**

We are looking for a seasoned and hands\-on **AEM Architect** with 14\+ years of overall IT experience to define, drive, and own enterprise\-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architectures. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across digital experience platforms, guide engineering teams through complex delivery challenges, and bridge client\-facing architectural strategy with deep technical execution.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Define and own the overall AEM solution architecture for large\-scale enterprise implementations.
• Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of robust AEM\-based digital experience platforms.
• Provide technical leadership across AEM Sites, Assets, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, Headless/SPA architectures, and related Adobe ecosystem tools.
• Design scalable and high\-performance solutions leveraging AEM 6\.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Define integration architecture between AEM and enterprise systems, APIs, third\-party applications, and Adobe products.
• Establish architectural standards, design patterns, coding best practices, and ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance.
• Lead technical discussions, client workshops, and architectural alignment with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Spearhead AEM migration and modernization initiatives (e.g., On\-Premise/AMS to AEM Cloud Service).
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and release management.
• Conduct technical Proof of Concepts (POCs) and mentor senior developers and aspiring architects.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Experience:** 14\+ years of total IT experience, with extensive hands\-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• **Technical Depth:** Deep proficiency in AEM 6\.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• **Core Technologies:** Strong command of Java, J2EE, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR/Oak, and HTL/Sightly.
• **Performance \& Infrastructure:** Strong understanding of AEM Dispatcher, caching, CDNs, scalability, and performance optimization.
• **Integrations:** Proven experience designing REST/API\-based integrations and microservices.
• **Ecosystem Knowledge:** Expertise in AEM authoring, workflows, Multi\-Site Manager (MSM), editable templates, components, and content/experience fragments.
• **DevOps \& Cloud:** Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) and cloud architectures (AWS/Azure).
• **Communication:** Exceptional communication, stakeholder\-management, and technical leadership skills.

Pay: ₹3,500,000\.00 \- ₹4,000,000\.00 per year
