We are seeking an experienced **Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead – Spring Boot, GCP, PostgreSQL, Retail Commerce \& Oracle ATG** with 8\+ years of hands\-on development experience and a minimum of 3\+ years in team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in designing and developing scalable eCommerce solutions using Spring Boot Microservices, Oracle ATG Commerce, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and PostgreSQL. This role requires strong technical leadership, solution design capabilities, stakeholder management, and end\-to\-end ownership of software delivery

• 8\+ years of experience in software development.
• 3\+ years of proven experience leading development teams.
• Strong coding skills in Java and hands\-on experience with Spring Boot Microservices Framework.
• Extensive experience with Oracle ATG Commerce (ATG) development, customization, and integration.
• Strong understanding of Retail Commerce and eCommerce business processes.
• Experience designing and developing scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise applications.
• Hands\-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud\-native architectures.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong code reviewing skills, debugging expertise, and technical problem\-solving abilities.
• Hands\-on experience with JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber testing frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Bitbucket, and DevOps practices.
• Hands\-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Infrastructure Automation.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership through production deployment and support.
• Strong communication, client coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in high\-availability and high\-performance environments.
• Mandatory experience in Retail /eCommerce domain.
• Strong experience in Catalog Management, Pricing, Promotions, Shopping Cart, Checkout, and Order Management.
• Experience integrating commerce platforms with Loyalty, Rewards, Martech, Payment, OMS, and SaaS\-based applications.
