Job Title: Affiliate Delivery Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and performance\-oriented Affiliate Delivery Manager who has hands\-on experience in affiliate marketing, campaign delivery, and publisher management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of performance campaigns across multiple models and the ability to scale quality traffic through affiliate and media partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end affiliate campaign delivery across multiple verticals and geographies.
• Build, manage, and optimize relationships with publishers, affiliates, ad networks, and media partners.
• Ensure timely campaign scaling while maintaining ROI, quality, and delivery targets.
• Handle CPI, CPL, CPS, CPV, and CPUV campaigns with a strong focus on performance and optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies to improve conversions and revenue.
• Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and advertiser teams for smooth execution.
• Identify new publisher opportunities and onboard high\-performing affiliates.
• Analyze traffic quality, fraud parameters, and campaign metrics using tracking tools and analytics platforms.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and insights for management.
• Support business development initiatives to expand affiliate partnerships and revenue opportunities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods will be preferred.

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
