Backdrop Source is a global e\-commerce brand offering photography backdrops, eventdisplays, and studio solutions to photographers, creators, agencies, and businesses worldwide.We are looking for a results\-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and scale our affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding affiliates, managing partner relationships, tracking performance, optimizing campaigns, and driving revenue growth through affiliate and partnership channels.
We are looking for a results\-driven Affiliate Marketing Executive to manage and scale our affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new affiliate opportunities, maintaining relationships with partners, tracking campaign performance, and driving revenue growth through the affiliate channel.
● Manage and grow the company's affiliate marketing program.
● Identify, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, and media partners.
● Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
● Track sales, leads, conversions, and commissions through affiliate platforms.
● Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to develop promotional assets for
affiliates.
● Analyze affiliate campaign data and prepare performance reports.
● Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines and promotional policies.
● Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate
opportunities.
● Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale,
PartnerStack, Awin, Rakuten, etc.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing
concepts.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4\), Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
● Knowledge of tracking links, attribution models, UTM parameters, and conversion
tracking.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● Experience in eCommerce, D2C, SaaS, or digital marketing environments.
● Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership marketing is a plus.
