Agentic AI Engineer – Prompt Engineering & Quality Assurance

• *Job Title: Agentic AI Engineer – Prompt Engineering \& Quality Assurance**

We are looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to test, and optimize AI agents and AI\-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in AI development, prompt engineering, and QA testing to ensure reliable, accurate, and high\-quality AI solutions.

• *Responsibilities**

• Create and optimize prompts for accuracy, consistency, and business requirements.
• Understand AI workflows integrating APIs, databases, and external tools.
• Develop and optimize RAG\-based solutions.
• Validate AI responses for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document defects and AI behavior issues.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver production\-ready AI solutions.

• *Required Skills**

• Experience with Python, Codex, ClaudeAI and AI application development.
• Knowledge of LLMs and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Strong Prompt Engineering skills, including: Prompt design and optimization, Few\-shot and zero\-shot prompting, Prompt evaluation and testing, AI response analysis and tuning, Prompt versioning and documentation.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or a related field.
• 1\+ years of experience in AI development, prompt engineering, software testing, or related roles.

Pay: From ₹20,000\.00 per month
