Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate **Agentic AI Trainer** to train, mentor, and guide students or professionals in developing AI\-powered autonomous agents and intelligent automation solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI automation frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, hands\-on training sessions and helping learners build real\-world Agentic AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor\-led training sessions on Agentic AI and Generative AI.
• Teach concepts related to AI agents, autonomous workflows, and multi\-agent systems.
• Train learners on LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Provide hands\-on training using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
• Teach AI application development using Python and relevant AI libraries.
• Guide learners in building AI chatbots, autonomous agents, and workflow automation solutions.
• Explain API integrations, tool calling, memory management, and agent orchestration.
• Design practical assignments, projects, and real\-world use cases.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Agentic AI and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
• Good programming knowledge in Python.
• Hands\-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Gemini, or Claude.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Knowledge of CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar multi\-agent frameworks.
• Understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience with REST APIs and third\-party integrations.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and deploying production\-ready AI agents.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Familiarity with FastAPI, Streamlit, and cloud deployment.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Previous experience in corporate training or technical education.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Python development.
• Candidates with strong practical Agentic AI project experience and excellent teaching skills are encouraged to apply.
