Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic **Agentic AI Trainer** to design, develop, train, and optimize AI agents capable of performing tasks autonomously, using tools, reasoning through complex workflows, and interacting with external systems.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, prompt engineering, Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent orchestration frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for developing practical training materials, building agentic AI workflows, evaluating model performance, and helping teams understand and implement agent\-based AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and train AI agents for real\-world business applications.
• Build agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools.
• Work with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open\-source models.
• Develop effective prompts, system instructions, and tool\-calling strategies for AI agents.
• Implement RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Train and fine\-tune models where required, and optimize agent performance.
• Develop multi\-agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, task execution, and collaboration.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, third\-party applications, and enterprise systems.
• Evaluate agent accuracy, reliability, response quality, latency, and cost.
• Identify and resolve hallucinations, tool\-use errors, and workflow failures.
• Create technical documentation, training materials, and hands\-on learning exercises.
• Conduct training sessions and mentor team members on agentic AI concepts and implementation.
• Follow best practices for AI safety, data privacy, security, and human\-in\-the\-loop oversight.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Python programming.
• Practical experience with LLMs and generative AI applications.
• Understanding of AI agents, agentic workflows, planning, reasoning, and tool calling.
• Experience with at least one agent framework, such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, structured outputs, and function calling.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON and databases.
• Understanding of model evaluation, debugging, and AI application optimization.
• Strong communication, problem\-solving, and technical training skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building production\-ready agentic AI applications.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), multi\-agent orchestration, and memory management.
• Knowledge of Docker, Git, cloud platforms, and AI deployment practices.
• Experience with LLM observability, tracing, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
• Previous experience in AI training, technical mentoring, or corporate training.
• A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
