Agile Program Manager - Banking

Key Responsibilities

\- Manage Agile delivery across cross\-functional banking and technology squads.

\- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, delivery tracking, and reporting.

\- Work closely with senior management, business stakeholders, and technology teams.

\- Manage stakeholder communication, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

\- Support team development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

\- Drive delivery in a fast\-paced, startup\-style environment.

Key Requirements

\- Banking Knowledge: Good understanding of retail banking, digital banking, core banking infrastructure, CASA (Current \& Savings Accounts), Cards, Payments, and Information Security.

\- Agile \& Project Management: Knowledge of Agile ceremonies, Scrum, project coordination, and delivery governance.

\- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with senior leadership and cross\-functional teams.

\- Communication: Strong articulation, reasoning, problem\-solving, executive reporting, and presentation skills.

\- Team Management: Experience coordinating squads, supporting team development, and driving accountability.

\- Consulting Mindset: Ability to provide structured recommendations, constructive feedback, and manage ambiguity.

\- Startup Mindset: Adaptable, proactive, quick learner, and comfortable working in an evolving environment.

Good to Have

\- Budgeting, financial management, and P\&L exposure.

\- Banking transformation or fintech experience.

\- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMP).
