E\-Sutra Technologies is looking for a **Project Coordinator/Manager Intern** to assist in planning, executing, and managing projects across various teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail\-oriented, organized, and have a passion for project management and team coordination.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in planning and coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to track project updates.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and task lists.
• Identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Assist in conducting team meetings, preparing reports, and following up on action items.
• Ensure projects align with business goals and client expectations.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp).
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Background in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with software development processes (optional but a plus).
• Problem\-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
