PayRup is a digital payments and fintech platform offering B2B and B2C financial services, including Micro ATM, AEPS, DMT, CMS and other payment solutions.

We are looking for a Junior Scrum Master to coordinate our technology teams, track delivery and help complete projects on time. The candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in fintech, banking technology or digital payments.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Facilitate daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Work with product owners and developers to maintain clear requirements, priorities and sprint goals.
• Track tasks, dependencies, blockers and deadlines, following up until completion.
• Coordinate backend, frontend, QA, DevOps and external technology partners.
• Escalate delivery risks and unresolved issues promptly.
• Maintain project boards, sprint reports and release documentation.
• Help teams follow Agile practices and improve delivery quality.
• Coordinate production issue tracking and ensure urgent fixes receive appropriate attention.

• *Required Experience and Skills**

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator or in a similar role supporting software delivery.
• Relevant experience in fintech, banking technology or digital payments is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Experience using Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of APIs, software testing, cloud deployment and release processes.
• Strong communication, organisation and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and maintain accountability for agreed timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Scrum certification such as CSM or PSM is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
