Title: AGM / DGM – Projects (Wind – ISTS), State Lead

Location: Gurugram head office (onsite), with travel to assigned projects in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh

Experience: 15\+ years wind project execution

Compensation: DGM up to ₹35 LPA fixed \+ variable

Role overview

Lead end\-to\-end construction and project management for ISTS\-connected wind projects from NTP through construction, commissioning, COD and HOTO to O\&M.

Key responsibilities

• Own Master Project Schedule (Primavera P6 / MS Project) and NTP\-to\-COD delivery
• Drive site development, WTG erection, 33 kV collector network, eBOP / PSS / GSS and EHV evacuation
• Coordinate HO functions, OEMs, EPC, consultants, CTU/STU and offtaker interfaces
• Own project P\&L, cashflow, RA bills and claims; enforce QHSE / ESG
• Deliver mechanical completion, grid synchronisation, COD and complete HOTO documentation

Required

• B.E./B.Tech Electrical preferred (Mechanical/Civil with strong wind execution considered)
• 15\+ years wind project execution in India; proven ISTS/CTU wind COD \+ HOTO
• Hands\-on with WTG OEMs (Siemens Gamesa, Suzlon, GE, Inox, Envision etc.) and EHV grid interfaces
