AGM / GM CIvil (Projects)

Job Purpose

To lead and manage civil construction activities for residential township and commercial SCO projects, ensuring timely execution, quality construction, cost control, resource optimization, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities1\. Civil Construction \& Project Execution

• Lead end\-to\-end civil construction activities for residential township and commercial SCO projects.
• Oversee construction of commercial SCO buildings, showrooms, office spaces, residential structures, and allied infrastructure.
• Manage structural works, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and external development works.
• Ensure execution as per approved architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Monitor day\-to\-day site progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

2\. Township Infrastructure Development

• Execute internal roads, pathways, pavements, boundary walls, retaining walls, and allied civil infrastructure.
• Coordinate civil works related to stormwater drainage, sewerage networks, water supply, and underground services.
• Supervise development of parks, landscaping\-related civil works, and common areas.
• Ensure proper coordination of civil works with MEP, PHE, electrical, and other infrastructure departments.

3\. Commercial SCO Project Execution

• Manage civil construction of SCO units, including structural frameworks, basements (where applicable), façade\-related civil works, and finishing.
• Ensure commercial units are delivered as per approved specifications and customer commitments.
• Coordinate with design, architecture, MEP, sales, and CRM teams for execution and handover requirements.
• Monitor construction quality and finishing standards across commercial developments.

4\. Planning \& Project Monitoring

• Prepare and monitor project execution plans, construction schedules, and resource deployment plans.
• Track project progress against approved timelines and identify potential delays.
• Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings with contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of site\-related technical and execution issues.

5\. Cost Control \& Budget Management

• Monitor project budgets, BOQs, estimates, and actual construction costs.
• Control material consumption, wastage, labour productivity, and contractor expenses.
• Review RA bills, contractor measurements, and certification of work executed.
• Identify cost\-saving opportunities without compromising quality and specifications.

6\. Quality Assurance \& Safety

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Implement quality control procedures for RCC, concrete, reinforcement, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Coordinate material testing, site inspections, and quality audits.
• Ensure strict implementation of construction safety standards and statutory requirements.

7\. Contractor \& Stakeholder Management

• Manage civil contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP, PHE, planning, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Review contractor performance and ensure timely availability of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Resolve execution bottlenecks and maintain effective stakeholder coordination.

8\. Documentation \& Reporting

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Review BOQs, work orders, measurement books, RA bills, and project documentation.
• Ensure proper maintenance of site records, quality reports, and material reconciliation.
• Report project progress, cost variations, risks, and critical issues to senior management.

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹220,000\.00 per month
