We are an established organic farming organization dedicated to producing and distributing high\-quality farm produce across our farms in Telangana. As we scale our end\-to\-end operations—from the soil to the consumer's doorstep—we are looking for a proactive, business\-minded individual passionate about agriculture to join our core operations team.
This is a versatile, dynamic role that goes beyond traditional farm management. You will bridge the gap between farm production and commercial operations in agribusiness, participating in areas like farm planning, logistics, sales coordination, quality assurance, and customer interactions.
- **Operations Planning \& Tracking:** Plan and monitor daily farm operations, resource utilization, and input procurement schedules. Support farm teams.
- **Logistics \& Supply Chain Management:** Coordinate seamless post\-harvest logistics, ensuring fresh produce is efficiently transported, tracked, and delivered from our multiple farms to distribution points.
- **Quality Assurance:** Establish and maintain high\-quality standards for produce sorting, grading, packaging, and shelf\-life management.
- **Sales \& Market Coordination:** Assist in managing multi\-channel sales operations, tracking customer demand, and optimizing order fulfillment processes.
- **Marketing \& Brand Communication:** Drive overall brand visibility. This includes creating engaging content for social media, managing community updates, and developing offline marketing materials to showcase our organic farming journey.
- **Vendor \& Stakeholder Relations:** Interact confidently with farm managers, ground workers, vendors, and corporate partners to ensure smooth execution of business goals.
- *Requirements \& Qualifications**
- **Education:**
- MBA / PGDM **OR**
- Graduate/Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related sciences.
- *Open to graduates from other streams who demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for the agri\-business sector.*
- **Languages:** Strong written and verbal communication skills in **Telugu, English, and Hindi** are essential for effective stakeholder management.
- **Technical Skills:** Good analytical abilities with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace tools for data tracking and reporting.
- **Attributes:** A self\-starter mindset, strong problem\-solving skills, and the ability to multi\-task in a fast\-paced environment.
- **Work Location:** Ramnagar, Hyderabad (500020\) with occasional travel to farm sites as required.
