AI Administrator (3\+ Years Experience)About the Role
We are seeking an experienced **AI Administrator** to lead the administration, governance, adoption, and operational management of enterprise AI platforms across the organization. This role will serve as the primary owner of AI platform operations, user administration, compliance, training, infrastructure governance, and AI adoption initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI Services, SaaS administration, identity and access management, cloud governance, and enterprise AI technologies**. In addition to technical expertise, the individual should be passionate about driving responsible AI adoption and educating users across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Platform Administration \& Access Management
- Administer enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Claude Enterprise, and other approved AI solutions.
- Manage user provisioning, de\-provisioning, licensing, role assignments, and access reviews.
- Implement and maintain RBAC (Role\-Based Access Control) and least\-privilege access models.
- Support SSO, SCIM, Entra ID (Azure AD), and identity management integrations.
- Monitor platform utilization and optimize license allocation and consumption.
AI Governance \& Compliance
- Enforce enterprise AI governance policies and responsible AI practices.
- Maintain AI tool inventories, governance documentation, and approval workflows.
- Support compliance initiatives related to SOC 2, ISO 27001, data privacy, and security standards.
- Conduct periodic audits of AI usage, permissions, and access controls.
- Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
AI Usage Monitoring \& Reporting
- Configure and maintain audit logging across AI platforms.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track AI adoption, usage trends, costs, and security events.
- Monitor anomalous activities and escalate potential policy violations.
- Integrate AI activity logs with SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel or Splunk.
Azure AI Infrastructure Administration
- Provision, manage, and support Azure resources for AI workloads, including Azure OpenAI Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AI Search, Azure Key Vault, Storage Accounts, and Networking Components.
- Manage subscriptions, resource groups, tagging standards, and cost governance.
- Implement Azure RBAC, PIM, managed identities, and security controls.
- Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and cost utilization.
- Support CI/CD environments using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
AI Security \& Risk Management
- Manage AI\-related secrets, API keys, and credentials through Azure Key Vault.
- Monitor security risks associated with AI platforms and integrations.
- Review and govern Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors and integrations.
- Maintain AI risk registers and assess use cases based on business impact and data sensitivity.
- Coordinate remediation activities for vulnerabilities and security incidents.
Incident Management \& Service Operations
- Monitor AI platform availability, performance, and operational health.
- Act as the primary coordinator for AI\-related incidents and service disruptions.
- Engage vendors and stakeholders during outage or escalation scenarios.
- Maintain incident logs, root cause analyses, and operational runbooks.
- Drive continuous improvements in monitoring and operational processes.
AI Training \& User Enablement
- Design and deliver AI training programs for technical and non\-technical users.
- Create learning materials including workshops, user guides, videos, and quick\-reference documentation.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and AI adoption workshops.
- Promote responsible AI usage and best practices across departments.
- Measure adoption effectiveness and continuously improve training programs.
AI Adoption \& Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as an internal AI advocate and subject matter expert.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and use cases.
- Communicate AI program updates, success stories, and best practices.
- Support enterprise\-wide AI transformation initiatives and change management efforts.
Required Skills \& QualificationsTechnical Skills
- 5\+ years of experience in IT Administration, Cloud Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Azure Administration, or Enterprise Technology Operations.
- Strong hands\-on experience with Microsoft Azure Administration.
- Experience working with Azure OpenAI Services, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure Functions, Azure AI Search, Azure Key Vault, Logic Apps, Storage Accounts, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Expertise in Azure RBAC, PIM, Managed Identities, and Identity \& Access Management.
- Experience with SSO, SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC authentication protocols.
- Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Log Analytics, and cloud monitoring tools.
- Experience with Azure Cost Management, budgeting, forecasting, and cloud cost optimization.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security controls, and audit logging practices.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD processes.
Governance \& Compliance
- Understanding of Responsible AI principles, AI governance frameworks, and enterprise security standards.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, data privacy, audit controls, and risk management practices.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and compliance management skills.
Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
