**Drive AI adoption with business and end\-users**: Partner with internal stakeholders across functions to understand objectives, constraints, and success criteria by conducting needs analysis and hand\-on experimental workshops.
**Evangelize a culture of innovation and experimentation**: Build organizational understanding of what AI can and cannot do, establishing realistic expectations while inspiring innovation and experimentation.

**AI/ML fundamentals**: Practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, generative AI capabilities, limitations, and use case suitability.
**Technical problem\-solving**: Ability to decompose business problems, identify where AI adds value, and architect solutions that integrate with existing workflows.
**Data literacy**: Understanding of data requirements, privacy considerations, and how data quality impacts AI performance.
**Business process analysis**: Experience mapping workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing improved processes powered by technology.

*Your Experience \& Skills:**
5\+ years of working experience in IT.
Strong consulting and project management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Exceptional problem\-solving skills and the ability to work independently at a high level.
Able to quickly shift gears and work on projects of varying nature with others across different regions, levels and functions
