Conversational AI and Generative AI

Vector Databases and Knowledge Base Integration

Python and JavaScript

REST API Integration and Authentication

SIP, Twilio and Amazon Connect

CRM and Enterprise System Integration

AI Agent Testing, Evaluation and Deployment

• *Key Responsibilities**

Design, develop, integrate and deploy enterprise\-grade Voice AI and Chat AI agents.

Build AI Copilots using LLMs, prompt engineering and workflow orchestration.

Implement RAG pipelines and integrate vector databases with enterprise knowledge bases.

Configure APIs, authentication, data mapping and third\-party integrations.

Set up telephony integrations using SIP, CCaaS, PSTN, Twilio and Amazon Connect.

Work directly with clients to understand requirements, conduct technical discussions and deliver demonstrations.

Monitor AI agent performance, optimize prompts and improve automation accuracy.

Troubleshoot integration issues and support production deployments.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

• *Preferred Skills**

Hands\-on experience with n8n, Zapier or similar workflow automation platforms.

Knowledge of Integration Platform as a Service solutions.

Experience with telephony routing, call quality troubleshooting and fallback configurations.

Strong client\-facing communication and technical problem\-solving skills.

Experience deploying AI and LLM\-based applications in enterprise customer environments.

• *Educational Qualification**

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.

• *Ideal Candidate**

The ideal candidate should have 7 plus years of overall IT experience with hands\-on experience in AI agent implementation, conversational AI, system integration and customer\-facing solution delivery.

Candidates should have strong expertise in prompt engineering, API integrations, workflow automation and enterprise AI deployments.
