• *Position Summary**

Own the complete application development lifecycle using AI\-assisted development platforms such as Replit, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, Bolt, Lovable and similar tools—from requirements through deployment and support.

• *Key Responsibilities**

· Understand business requirements and prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).

· Develop end\-to\-end business applications using AI\-assisted development tools.

· Design and develop user interfaces, business logic, APIs, and system integrations.

· Prepare and execute unit, functional, and integration test cases using sample data.

· Validate application workflows, business rules, calculations, and system integrations.

· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects to ensure application readiness for User Acceptance Testing

· Support UAT by addressing user feedback, implementing approved changes, and preparing the application for production deployment.

· Deploy applications to test and production environments and provide post\-go\-live support.

· Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer documents.

· Continuously enhance applications based on user feedback, business needs, and technological advancements.

• *Required Skills**

· AI\-assisted development tools, SDLC, web technologies, databases, APIs, Git.

· Requirement gathering, business analysis and documentation.

· Strong ownership, communication and problem\-solving.

• *Qualification \& Experience**

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field.

· 0\-6 months of application development experience.

· Exposure to Agile and AI\-assisted development preferred.

• *Key Deliverables**

· Approved FRS and documentation.

· Fully tested applications.

· Successful UAT and production deployments.

· User manuals and post\-go\-live support.
