About the Role

We are looking for **smart, passionate, and highly productive Full Stack Software Engineers** who combine strong software development fundamentals with hands\-on experience using AI\-powered coding tools and agents.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable developing enterprise applications using **Java/Spring Boot, Angular or React, and relational databases**, while leveraging AI coding assistants to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and documentation.

We are particularly interested in engineers who embrace **Vibe Coding, AI\-assisted development, and Agentic Software Engineering**, but also understand software architecture, code quality, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full\-stack enterprise applications using Spring Boot, Angular/React, and databases.
• Use AI coding assistants and autonomous coding agents to accelerate software development.
• Translate functional requirements into working software using AI\-assisted development workflows.
• Build REST APIs, microservices, reusable UI components, and database\-driven applications.
• Develop features end\-to\-end, including frontend, backend, database, integration, and testing.
• Review, validate, refactor, and optimize AI\-generated code for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Use AI tools for code generation, debugging, automated testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high\-quality solutions.
• Continuously explore emerging AI development tools and improve engineering productivity.

Required Technical Skills

• *Backend Development**

• Strong hands\-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.

• *Frontend Development**

• Hands\-on experience with **Angular or React**, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing responsive, component\-based enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of API integration and frontend state management.

• *Database Development**

• Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server.
• Ability to write SQL queries, design database schemas, and optimize database operations.
• Exposure to MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is an advantage.

• *AI\-Assisted Development / Vibe Coding**

• Practical experience with one or more AI coding tools such as **Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf, or OpenAI Codex**.
• Ability to use natural\-language prompts, project context, and AI agents to generate and modify application code.
• Experience with AI\-assisted debugging, refactoring, unit test generation, and code reviews.
• Ability to independently evaluate AI\-generated code and identify functional, security, and performance issues.
• Familiarity with agentic coding workflows and AI\-assisted software development best practices.

Good to Have

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Playwright.
• Exposure to AI/LLM APIs, RAG, MCP, or Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience working on Banking, Fintech, Lending, or enterprise software products.
• Familiarity with Agile development and modern DevOps practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–7 years of hands\-on software development experience.
• Strong coding fundamentals and problem\-solving abilities.
• Experience developing real\-world applications using Spring Boot and Angular/React.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools productively.
• Ability to independently take a feature from requirements to production\-ready implementation.
• Curious, self\-driven, adaptable, and eager to experiment with emerging technologies.
• Strong ownership mindset and focus on quality and timely delivery.
