About This Internship

We are a U.S.\-based operations company building a suite of AI\-powered automation tools to run our daily business operations. We are looking for a sharp, self\-driven AI Automation Developer Intern who can actually write code and already has hands\-on experience working with Claude AI. You will build real, production\-grade automation systems — not classroom projects.

This is a high\-growth internship. You will work directly with the founder and use AI tools (especially Claude) as your main building partner to develop, deploy, and maintain tools that real teams use every day. If you are ambitious, can code, learn fast, and want serious real\-world experience building AI automations end to end, this is for you.

This is not a passive internship. You will own projects, solve problems on your own, and ship working products.

Important — Night Shift Required

Because we are a U.S.\-based company, this role operates on a night shift in India: approximately 8:30 PM to 7:30 AM IST (matching U.S. Mountain Time, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM). Please only apply if you are able and willing to work these hours.

What You Will Build

• WhatsApp automation agents — automated reminders, message routing, and AI\-powered replies
• AI calling agents — systems that call and confirm appointments and understand spoken replies
• GPS tracking systems — track field workers in real time and detect inactivity
• CRM integrations — connect and automate workflows in GoHighLevel
• Live operations dashboards — real\-time views of appointments, agents, and activity
• Automated reporting — daily summaries delivered via WhatsApp/email
• AI\-powered internal tools — built using the Claude API and other AI models

Required (You MUST Have These)

• Availability to work the night shift (8:30 PM – 7:30 AM IST)
• Real coding experience — you must be able to write and understand code in JavaScript and/or Python (this is a coding role, not just a no\-code role)
• Hands\-on experience using Claude AI (Claude.ai, Claude API, or building with Claude) — please mention specifically what you have built or done with Claude
• Solid understanding of APIs and webhooks (REST) and connecting third\-party services
• Comfortable using AI coding tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to build faster
• Strong written English communication
• A self\-starter mindset — you solve problems without being micromanaged

Strong Advantage (Nice to Have)

• Experience with WhatsApp Business API / WhatsApp Cloud API or Twilio
• Experience with databases (Supabase, Firebase, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n)
• Experience deploying apps (Netlify, Vercel)
• Experience integrating the Claude API or OpenAI API into real applications
