AI & Automation Engineer

• *About the Role**

We are seeking a hands‑on AI \& Automation Engineer to design and build automated systems, scrapers, and intelligent tools that save time and unlock scale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning manual, repetitive processes into reliable, automated workflows.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Automation workflows using platforms like n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, and custom scripts.
• Google Apps Script and Python scripting to automate tasks across Sheets, Docs, Forms, and Gmail.
• Web scraping and data‑extraction pipelines, following ethical and legal guidelines.
• Applying machine learning for classification, prediction, enrichment, or content generation.
• Integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.) into automations and tools.
• Connecting and syncing data across SaaS tools, CRMs, databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
• Designing end‑to‑end systems to automate repetitive processes.
• Managing databases (SQL/NoSQL) for automated workflows.
• Monitoring, debugging, and maintaining systems for reliability.
• Documenting systems and workflows clearly for team use.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 3–5 years of experience in automation, scripting, or data roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on experience with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Strong scripting skills in Google Apps Script and/or Python.
• Experience building scrapers with tools like BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Playwright, or Puppeteer.
• Foundational knowledge of ML/AI with practical application or API integration.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, JSON, and webhooks.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to design systems from scratch.

• *Nice to Have**

• Familiarity with ML frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of vector databases, RAG, and AI agents.
• Experience with prompt engineering and agentic workflows.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, or serverless functions.
• Basic front‑end skills for internal dashboards.
