Job Overview

We are looking for an technically proficient AI Automation \& Integration Specialist who can take responsibility for automating the company's overall business operations and integrating multiple platforms, applications and systems into a unified ecosystem.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding existing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, designing AI\-powered solutions, integrating different software platforms and implementing end\-to\-end automated workflows.

The objective is to reduce manual intervention, improve operational efficiency, streamline communication between departments and establish a connected, AI\-driven working environment across the organization.

The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, independently designing technical solutions and executing complete automation projects from planning to deployment.

Key Responsibilities1\. Complete Business Process Automation

• Study and understand the company's existing business processes across Sales, Support, Operations, HR, Finance and Administration.
• Identify repetitive, manual and time\-consuming activities that can be automated.
• Design and implement end\-to\-end automated workflows across different departments.
• Automate internal processes such as lead management, customer follow\-ups, task allocation, employee workflows, reporting, reminders, approvals and notifications.
• Develop AI\-powered systems to reduce manual data entry and repetitive operational tasks.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve business productivity through automation.

2\. Multi\-Platform Integration

• Integrate multiple software applications, platforms and business tools to ensure seamless communication and data synchronization.
• Connect CRM, ERP, HRMS, accounting software, email, WhatsApp, telephony, project management tools and other business applications.
• Develop integrations using APIs, webhooks and automation platforms.
• Ensure information is automatically transferred and updated across connected platforms without duplicate manual entries.
• Establish centralized workflows and data connectivity between different departments.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain the reliability of connected systems.

3\. AI Agent \& Workflow Development

• Develop AI agents capable of handling business tasks with minimal human intervention.
• Implement AI\-powered workflows for customer communication, internal coordination, data processing and decision\-making support.
• Work with AI models such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude and other LLM platforms.
• Implement prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG and knowledge\-base integrations.
• Develop intelligent automation solutions based on actual business requirements.

4\. AI Chatbot Development

• Develop AI chatbots for websites, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Integrate chatbots with CRM, ERP, databases and internal systems.
• Build automated customer query handling, lead qualification and follow\-up workflows.
• Configure AI knowledge bases to provide accurate and context\-aware responses.

5\. AI Voice Calling Automation

• Develop and deploy AI\-powered inbound and outbound calling agents.
• Automate lead follow\-ups, customer support calls, appointment scheduling and customer communication.
• Integrate AI voice agents with telephony systems, SIP infrastructure and CRM platforms.
• Work with speech\-to\-text, text\-to\-speech and conversational AI technologies.

6\. ERP, CRM \& Business Application Automation

• Work on integration and automation of ERP and CRM platforms, particularly Odoo.
• Automate lead creation, sales activities, quotation workflows, customer records and reporting.
• Explore automation of accounting, HR, employee management, task management and support processes.
• Ensure smooth data exchange between Odoo and other connected applications.

7\. Development, Deployment \& Maintenance

• Design, develop, test and deploy automation solutions.
• Monitor automated workflows and ensure their accuracy and reliability.
• Identify and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and integration records.
• Provide ongoing technical support and improve existing automation systems.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of AI automation and business process automation.
• Practical experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or similar automation platforms.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and third\-party integrations.
• Programming knowledge in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience working with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or other LLM APIs.
• Knowledge of AI agents, prompt engineering and RAG.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Understanding of CRM, ERP and other business management platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud hosting, deployment and server management.

Preferred Technical Experience

• Odoo ERP integration and customization.
• WhatsApp Business API integration.
• AI chatbot and voice agent development.
• SIP, VoIP and telephony integrations.
• Email automation and calendar integrations.
• Project management and task automation.
• Data synchronization between multiple platforms.
• Experience building centralized automation systems for organizations.

Expected Deliverables

The candidate will be expected to work towards the following objectives:

• Prepare an automation roadmap for the entire organization.
• Integrate multiple platforms and applications into a connected business ecosystem.
• Automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual data entry.
• Implement AI\-powered customer communication through chatbots and voice agents.
• Automate internal reporting, notifications, reminders and task allocation.
• Establish automated data synchronization between ERP, CRM and other business tools.
• Continuously improve and maintain the company's automation infrastructure.

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or related fields.
• BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT or equivalent technical qualification.
• Relevant certifications and practical experience in AI automation and system integration will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹120,000\.00 \- ₹240,000\.00 per year
