ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an AI Automation Manager to design and deploy autonomous AI agents that perform real business tasks across our core systems. Using corporate approved tools like Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI Codex, and related frameworks, you will build agents that reason, plan, and take action — connecting Salesforce, Airtable, AdButler, Microsoft Teams, email, and other platforms to eliminate manual work and scale operations intelligently. This role owns the full lifecycle from problem definition and stakeholder engagement to prototyping, building, evaluating, and preparing solutions for deployment. You will work directly with department stakeholders and product leads to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and integrated into operational workflows. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand problems and desired outcomes. * Define scope, success metrics, and solution architecture for AI\-enhanced applications. * Design and build autonomous AI agents using Claude (Anthropic) and OpenAI Codex that can plan, reason, and execute multi\-step business tasks without human intervention. * Equip agents with tools — API calls, database reads/writes, form submissions, messaging — so they can interact with Salesforce, Airtable, Teams, email, and other systems end\-to\-end. * Configure MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to give agents structured, reliable access to internal tools and data sources. * Develop agent automations that use Airtable, AdButler, or custom Python/Node.js to execute tasks across business systems. * Collaborate with Sales, Client Solutions, Delivery, and Content teams to identify high\-value processes suitable for full or partial agent automation. * Build agent\-powered workflows for tasks such as content generation, CRM data enrichment, reporting, and cross\-team notifications. * Prototype, build, and evaluate AI\-integrated workflows using approved tools and platforms. * Validate and pilot solutions in real\-world business environments. * Prepare solutions for deployment and assist with training and post\-deployment support. * Serve as an escalation point for deployed solutions. * Maintain an AI\-native approach throughout the full solution lifecycle. * Document learnings and contribute to internal knowledge sharing. YOUR EXPERIENCE The successful candidate will have: * 2–3 years' experience delivering applied AI solutions (e.g., workflow automation, intelligent interfaces, decision support). * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution. * Strong background in scoping, developing, and evaluating AI\-enhanced applications. * Hands\-on experience building AI agents with tool use — defining tool schemas, managing agent loops, and handling multi\-step reasoning. * Proficiency with Claude API (Anthropic) and/or OpenAI Codex / Assistants API, including function calling and structured outputs. * Experience integrating with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to connect AI agents to external tools and data sources. * Familiarity with platforms like Claude, OpenAI, Copilot, and other enterprise AI tools. * Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js for custom agent and integration development. * Strong grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication (OAuth, API keys). * Proficiency writing and deploying code using AI code generation tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure AI Studio, OpenAI functions). * Demonstrated self\-learning and continuous upskilling in AI tools, models, and capabilities. * Portfolio of personal AI projects (GitHub, demos, live tools, etc.). * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. NICE TO HAVE * Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI. * Hands\-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM (flows, APIs, data model). * Salesforce Data Cloud experience. * Experience with Airtable scripting and automation features. * Exposure to RAG pipelines or vector databases to support agent memory. * Background in business process mapping or operations consulting. * Ability to build lightweight internal UIs or dashboards to monitor agent activity.
