AI/Backend Developer - Python, OCR & Computer Vision

We are looking for an AI\-focused Backend Developer with bachelor's degree in computer programming, computer science, or a closely related discipline. Full\-time or Internship experience is a plus.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Build and maintain backend services using **Python (FastAPI/Django)** for AI\-driven applications
• Develop and optimize **OCR pipelines** (e.g., PaddleOCR/OpenCV) for multilingual/multi\-field document extraction
• Implement **computer vision models (YOLO, CNNs, Siamese Networks or related)** for object detection, document authentication, and signature/face verification
• Integrate **LLM/GenAI technologies** (LangChain, RAG, Azure OpenAI/Gemini) for intelligent decisioning and semantic search
• Design and expose **REST APIs** orchestrating multi\-stage pipelines (extraction → validation → decisioning)
• Work with **SQL/NoSQL databases** (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and vector databases for structured/unstructured data
• Deploy containerized services (**Docker, CI/CD, AWS**) with attention to security, PII handling, and compliance
• Monitor system performance via analytics dashboards (Power BI/Next.js) and fraud/anomaly tracking

• *Preferred Skills**

• Strong proficiency in **Python** and API development (FastAPI/Flask/Django)
• Hands\-on experience with **OCR and computer vision**
• Practical experience with **LLM integration** — RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings
• Solid grounding in **SQL**, database design, and query optimization
• Familiarity with **Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment** (AWS/Azure)
• Understanding of secure API design (JWT, encryption, audit logging)
