About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven **AI \& Data Analyst** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analytics along with hands\-on experience using AI tools and technologies to solve business problems. You will be responsible for analyzing data, creating insightful dashboards, automating workflows, and leveraging AI to improve business efficiency and decision\-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable business insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using **Power BI**.
• Write optimized **SQL** queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Utilize **Advanced Microsoft Excel** for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
• Leverage AI tools such as **ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude**, and similar platforms to improve productivity and streamline business processes.
• Build AI\-assisted workflows and recommend innovative AI\-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data\-driven insights.
• Monitor business performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reports and dashboards.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, data analytics, and business intelligence technologies.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or AI\-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of **SQL**.
• Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**.
• Hands\-on experience with **Power BI** (Tableau is an added advantage).
• Good knowledge of **Python** for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with **Generative AI tools** and AI\-powered productivity platforms.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in **English and Hindi** is **mandatory**.
• Proficiency in any additional regional or foreign language will be considered an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of **15 days or less** will be given preference.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Power Automate, APIs, or workflow automation tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as **Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** is a plus.
• Certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, AI, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
