AI Solution Architecture, Production Deployment \& Team Leadership **Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and deliver enterprise AI solutions leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Define and maintain reference architectures for RAG, AI Agents, LLM\-powered assistants, and retrieval systems.
- Design scalable AI platforms covering model selection, orchestration, observability, security, governance, and deployment.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical strategy, and best practices across AI initiatives.
- Establish AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks for quality, performance, and cost optimisation.
- Drive Responsible AI implementation, security controls, and compliance standards.
- Partner with sales teams on technical discovery, solution design, proposals, SOWs, and client presentations.
- Lead and mentor AI engineers while fostering innovation and continuous learning.
- 12\+ years of software engineering experience with 2–3\+ years delivering production AI/GenAI solutions.
- Strong expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure ML, AI Document Intelligence, and AI Content Safety.
- Hands\-on experience with AKS, Azure Container Apps, APIM, Cosmos DB, Microsoft Fabric, Entra ID, Terraform/Bicep, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with GenAI frameworks including Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, NVIDIA NeMo, and LlamaIndex.
- Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, AI Agents, vector databases, evaluation frameworks, and observability tools.
- Excellent client\-facing, presales, and leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams.
