• *Job Summary**

Dr. Aravind's IVF is seeking a talented and innovative AI Developer to join our team in Guindy, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI\-powered solutions that enhance patient engagement, operational efficiency, data analysis, and healthcare services. This role requires hands\-on experience with machine learning, generative AI, and modern AI development frameworks.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for healthcare and business applications.
• Build and integrate Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop AI\-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and workflow automation tools.
• Fine\-tune, evaluate, and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
• Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data for analytics and insights.
• Develop APIs and integrate AI solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed AI applications.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit\-learn, or similar.
• Hands\-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
• Experience in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of model deployment and MLOps concepts.
• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–5\+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Experience in healthcare technology or health data projects is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Azure AI, AWS AI, or Google Cloud AI services is preferred.
