AI Developer – GenAI & LLM Specialist

CareerCraft Company is looking for an AI Developer specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions using Python and contemporary frameworks. Core responsibilities include building and optimizing Generative AI applications with LLMs like GPT, constructing and maintaining Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise needs, and performing data wrangling, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and benchmarking. The developer will integrate AI solutions with various APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms, work with vector databases and AI workflow tools, and deploy models following MLOps best practices. Ensuring Responsible AI practices, such as fairness and bias mitigation, is essential. The position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI systems.
