Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Developer with strong Python skills and hands\-on experience building applications using LangGraph. The candidate will work with the engineering and product teams to develop, integrate, test, and maintain AI\-powered applications that address business requirements.

This is a hands\-on development role focused on building practical, reliable solutions—not only experimenting with prompts or using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

\- Develop AI workflows: Build and maintain stateful, multi\-step AI workflows using LangGraph, including graph state, nodes, edges, and conditional routing. Docs by LangChain

\- Integrate models and tools: Connect large language models with application APIs, databases, and business tools. Implement tool calling, structured outputs, and appropriate error handling. Docs by LangChain

\- Build knowledge\-based applications: Develop retrieval\-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities where required, including document processing, retrieval, and response generation.

\- Improve quality and reliability: Create test cases, evaluate AI responses, troubleshoot failures, and improve application performance, response time, and model usage costs.

\- Support engineering delivery: Write maintainable code, participate in code reviews, document implementations, and collaborate with backend, data, and quality assurance teams.

Required Skills and Experience

\- 2–4 years of software development experience, including practical experience developing AI or generative AI applications.

\- Mandatory hands\-on LangGraph experience, with the ability to explain an implemented workflow, design decisions, and troubleshooting approach.

\- Strong Python programming skills, including API integration, exception handling, debugging, and automated testing.

\- Working experience integrating large language models into applications, with an understanding of prompt design, context management, and output validation.

\- Familiarity with Git, databases, and software development practices, along with clear communication and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to LangChain, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases; experience with FastAPI or a similar backend framework; and familiarity with Docker, cloud deployment, and application monitoring. Experience implementing checkpointing, human approval steps, or multi\-agent coordination in LangGraph would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
