We are seeking a talented and forward\-thinking AI Developer with a strong foundation in Java and Spring Boot to join our engineering team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between robust enterprise backend engineering and cutting\-edge Artificial Intelligence. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying production\-grade AI applications, with a heavy focus on LLM orchestration, AI Agents, and multi\-agent systems integrated into our Spring Boot ecosystem (utilizing frameworks like Spring AI or LangChain4j).

• Core Java \& Backend Engineering
• Experience: 3\+ years of professional software development experience with Java (Java 17\+ preferred).
• Frameworks: Deep expertise in the Spring Boot ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security).
• Architecture: Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, REST APIs, and asynchronous event\-driven programming.
• AI \& LLM Specialization
• AI Frameworks: Hands\-on experience with Java\-centric AI libraries such as Spring AI or LangChain4j (or equivalent experience migrating Python\-based LangChain/LlamaIndex concepts to Java).
• AI Agents: Proven implementation experience building AI Agents that utilize memory management, chain\-of\-thought reasoning, and function calling (tool execution).
• LLM Integration: Experience working with commercial and open\-source LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama, Hugging Face).
• Vector Search \& RAG: Practical experience implementing RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) using vector databases.
• Database \& Tools
• Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
• DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build Tools: Proficiency with Maven or Gradle.

Nice To Have

• Experience with Python (for data prototyping or interacting with data science teams).
• Knowledge of graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) for GraphRAG implementations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their native AI offerings (e.g., AWS Bedrock).
• Contributions to open\-source Java AI frameworks (like LangChain4j).

Responsibilities

• AI Architecture \& Integration: Design and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot that seamlessly integrate with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vector Databases.
• Agentic Workflows: Develop, optimize, and deploy autonomous and semi\-autonomous AI Agents capable of tool usage, planning, and multi\-step reasoning.
• LLM Engineering: Implement prompt engineering strategies, Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and fine\-tuning integration for diverse business use cases.
• Backend Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code. Design robust RESTful APIs and microservices to support AI\-driven features.
• Data Orchestration: Manage data ingestion, embedding generation, and semantic search configurations using vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma).
• Performance \& Security: Optimize AI inference latency, manage LLM token usage/costs, and ensure strict data privacy and security compliance within the AI pipeline.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Frontend Engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
