AI & DevOps Engineer (AIOps / MLOps)

Job Summary

SI2 Technologies is looking for an experienced AI \& DevOps Engineer with strong hands\-on expertise in **MLOps, AI/ML, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines**.

The ideal candidate should have experience in deploying and managing AI/ML models, automating infrastructure, building scalable solutions, and implementing DevOps practices to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML\-based solutions for intelligent IT operations.
• Build and manage MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes.
• Develop automation using Python, SQL, Shell scripting, and REST APIs.
• Implement AI\-driven monitoring, anomaly detection, log analytics, and predictive operations.
• Work with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and modern AI frameworks.
• Manage infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, and AI/ML teams.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands\-on experience in **MLOps**.
• Practical experience in **AI/ML development and deployment**.
• Hands\-on experience with **Docker**.
• Strong experience with **Kubernetes**.
• Experience in building and managing **CI/CD pipelines**.
• Good programming knowledge of Python and automation.
• Knowledge of AI/ML model deployment and lifecycle management.

Good\-to\-Have Skills

• LLMs, RAG, LangChain, and AI Agents.
• AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Splunk.
• Terraform and Ansible.
• SQL, Shell scripting, and REST APIs.

Candidate Requirements

• 4\+ years of relevant experience in AI DevOps / AIOps / MLOps.
• Must have hands\-on experience in all five mandatory technical skill areas.
• Must be comfortable working from the Vadodara office.
• Must be comfortable with the night shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).

Pay: ₹401,000\.00 \- ₹1,630,000\.00 per year
