Bayut constructions is seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands\-on experience in digital marketing and the effective use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of utilizing AI to develop marketing strategies, create engaging content, generate leads, improve brand visibility, and support business growth.

Experience in the interior design, interior fit\-out, architecture, or construction industry will be an added advantage.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote the company's services and generate business leads.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI\-powered platforms to enhance marketing productivity and performance.
• Create engaging marketing content, social media posts, promotional materials, and campaign concepts using AI tools.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to reach potential clients and generate qualified leads.
• Improve website visibility through search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
• Use AI tools for market research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and content optimization.
• Develop creative marketing materials, presentations, and promotional videos using AI\-powered design and video tools.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and implement improvements to achieve better results.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and stay updated with the latest AI technologies and industry trends.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong practical knowledge of AI tools and their application in digital marketing.
• Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, and other relevant marketing tools.
