AI Engineer – SDE 2

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer (SDE\-1\) to design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that power intelligent products and automate business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to develop scalable AI systems.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real\-world applications.

Undertanding of the business problem statements and translate them into actionable items.

Build and optimize LLM\-based solutions, NLP pipelines, and recommendation systems.

Develop scalable AI APIs and microservices for product integration.

Experiment with prompt engineering, model fine\-tuning, and RAG architectures.

Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, latency, and reliability.

Write clean, scalable, and production\-ready code.

• *Required Skills**

2\.5\+ years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Good uderstanding of open source large language models.

Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit\-learn.

Hands\-on experience with deploying GenAI models

Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.

Familiarity with the Transformers architecture, large language models and agentic frameworks.

Experience building APIs and backend services.

Good understanding of evaluating of current model pipelines.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• *Good to Have**

Experience of fine tuning the open source models for business use case.

Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or Hugging Face.

Experience deploying models using Docker/Kubernetes.

Knowledge of MLOps pipelines.
