About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **AI Engineer** to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions, with hands\-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI frameworks. This role is suitable for professionals at the **Senior Associate to Senior Manager** level who are passionate about building scalable AI applications that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize Large Language Model (LLM)\-based applications using modern AI frameworks.
• Develop RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) pipelines, AI agents, and conversational AI solutions.
• Fine\-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models for specific business use cases.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
• Ensure AI models are scalable, secure, and production\-ready.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices and technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 7–15 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Strong expertise in **Python** and AI/ML development.
• Hands\-on experience with **Generative AI**, **Large Language Models (LLMs)**, and AI agents.
• Experience with frameworks such as **LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch**, or similar.
• Strong understanding of **RAG architecture**, prompt engineering, vector databases, and embeddings.
• Experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms such as **AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable AI system architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and model deployment frameworks.
• Experience working in enterprise AI transformation projects.
• Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud technologies are a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹2,200,000\.00 per year
