AI Engineer

• *About the role**

Speeki AI is hiring an AI Engineer to lead technology for the company. You will own our tech stack, build

AI features and automations yourself, and grow into Head of Technology as the team scales. The role is

based in Kochi and reports to the Founder \& Managing Director.

• *What you will do**

• Own the technology stack across Speeki's products and internal tools
• Build AI features and automations end to end, from idea to production
• Choose the architecture, tools and vendors; keep the stack simple, fast and affordable
• Hire and lead developers and freelancers as the team grows
• Work directly with the founder to turn business goals into a tech roadmap
• Keep systems documented, secure and reliable

• *What we are looking for**

• Strong hands\-on engineer with a modern stack: Python or Node, SQL/Postgres, cloud

deployment, APIs

• Solid experience building with LLMs and AI tools, and automating workflows with them
• Ships fast with AI coding assistants and reviews the output critically
• Has led a team or project independently and wants to run a technology function
• Takes ownership, works without hand\-holding and explains tech clearly to non\-technical people
• Edtech or product\-company background is a plus

• *Experience and qualifications**

• 4\+ years in software engineering, including 1\+ years building AI or LLM products
• Degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
• A GitHub or portfolio showing work you have shipped

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
