AI Engineer

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled and passionate **AI/ML Engineer** to join our growing AI team. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and generative AI solutions. You will work on cutting\-edge AI applications, including Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent automation, and scalable AI systems.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for production environments.
• Build and implement Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop AI\-powered solutions using **LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex**.
• Fine\-tune, evaluate, and optimize open\-source and commercial LLMs.
• Build REST APIs using **FastAPI** or **Flask** for AI model integration.
• Work with vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Deploy AI applications using **Docker** and cloud platforms such as **AWS, Azure, or GCP**.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI solutions.
• Follow best coding practices, version control using Git, and CI/CD workflows.

• *Required Skills**

• 4\+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in **Python**.
• Hands\-on experience with **Machine Learning** and **Deep Learning**.
• Experience with **Generative AI**, **LLMs**, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
• Working knowledge of **LangChain**, **LangGraph**, or **LlamaIndex**.
• Experience with **PyTorch** and/or **TensorFlow**.
• API development experience using **FastAPI** or **Flask**.
• Experience with cloud platforms (**AWS**, **Azure**, or **GCP**).
• Strong understanding of **Docker**, **Git**, and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and vector databases is a plus.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience fine\-tuning open\-source LLMs.
• Knowledge of AI agents, multi\-agent frameworks, and AI orchestration.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes is an added advantage.
• Understanding of data engineering and ETL workflows.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000\.00 per year
