AI Engineer

We are a software company developing ERP with web and mobile applications.

We are looking for an AI Agent Engineer to help transform our ERP into an AI\-powered platform by building autonomous AI agents that automate workflows, monitor operations, make decisions, and improve overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents for business process automation.
• Build autonomous workflows that reduce manual work.
• Integrate AI solutions with our Laravel backend and Flutter mobile applications.
• Develop AI\-powered monitoring, scheduling, and operational automation features.
• Work with APIs, databases, and AI frameworks to deliver production\-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to implement AI\-driven features.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar.
• Experience with FastAPI and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, and AI workflow automation.
• Familiarity with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Docker, Git, and Linux.
• Experience integrating AI with existing web or mobile applications.

Preferred

• Experience building AI agents or automation systems for ERP, CRM, or business applications.
• Knowledge of Laravel or Flutter.
• Experience with OCR, Vision AI, Speech\-to\-Text, or Vector Databases.
• Strong problem\-solving and system design skills.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
