Job Summary

Vinit Mobile Limited is looking for an AI\-savvy and technology\-oriented fresher who has hands\-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other AI\-powered platforms. We are looking for someone who understands how to use AI practically to solve real business problems, automate repetitive tasks, analyse business data, and improve operational efficiency.

Our business operates across multiple retail locations, and we want to make better use of AI for sales reporting, stock management, data analysis, employee productivity, customer support, and business process automation.

The selected candidate will work with our existing business software, reports, spreadsheets, and digital tools to identify tasks that can be simplified or automated using AI. This role is suitable for a fresher who actively experiments with AI tools and can demonstrate practical results rather than someone with only theoretical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. AI Tools and Practical Implementation**

• Use Claude, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other AI tools to complete business tasks efficiently.
• Write effective prompts to generate accurate reports, summaries, analyses, and business documents.
• Compare AI\-generated results, verify accuracy, and improve outputs where necessary.
• Identify practical opportunities to use AI in everyday business operations.

• *2\. Business Data Analysis and Reporting**

• Use AI tools and Excel to analyse sales, stock, purchase, and other business data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a clear and understandable format.
• Identify sales trends, unusual figures, missing information, and discrepancies in reports.
• Convert large amounts of business data into useful summaries for management.
• Assist in preparing branch\-wise and product\-wise performance reports.

• *3\. Business Process Automation**

• Identify repetitive manual tasks that can be automated using AI and available automation tools.
• Help develop workflows for report generation, data processing, reminders, and routine follow\-ups.
• Test automated processes and check that the results are accurate and reliable.
• Document the steps required to operate and maintain the workflows.

• *4\. AI Chatbots and Business Assistants**

• Assist in creating AI chatbots for answering business\-related questions.
• Help develop systems that can retrieve information about sales, stock, product prices, and pending tasks from authorised data sources.
• Test chatbot responses and improve their accuracy.
• Explore ways to use AI for internal employee support and customer queries.

• *5\. WhatsApp and Communication Automation**

• Assist in developing automated business reports and notifications for WhatsApp.
• Help organise information from business communications into clear summaries.
• Explore AI\-based solutions for customer enquiries, reminders, and routine follow\-ups.
• Ensure that automated messages and reports are accurate before implementation.

• *6\. Software Integration and Technical Learning**

• Work with existing business software, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and digital platforms.
• Assist in connecting AI tools with business systems through available integrations and connectors.
• Learn how APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms can help different systems exchange information.
• Test integrations and report technical issues to the relevant team.

• *7\. Testing and Continuous Improvement**

• Test new AI tools and automation solutions before they are used in actual business operations.
• Check generated reports and outputs against original records.
• Maintain documentation of implemented AI solutions and workflows.
• Research new AI features and suggest practical improvements that can save time and reduce manual work.

Required Skills

• Practical, hands\-on knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar AI tools.
• Ability to write effective prompts and use AI for real\-world tasks.
• Basic understanding of Excel, spreadsheets, and data handling.
• Good logical thinking and problem\-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn AI automation, chatbots, and business software integrations.
• Ability to check AI\-generated information instead of accepting every answer without verification.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

The following are advantages but are not compulsory

• Knowledge of advanced Excel, formulas, pivot tables, or Power Query.
• Experience with AI automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, or SQL.
• Experience creating AI chatbots, automated reports, or business workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
• Experience using AI for data analysis, document processing, or repetitive task automation.

Who Should Apply?

We welcome freshers who actively use AI tools for projects, research, data analysis, automation, or other practical applications.

You do not need to be an experienced software developer. However, you must be able to demonstrate how you use AI tools to complete actual tasks and explain the results.

Candidates who have only theoretical knowledge of AI, without practical experience using AI tools, may not be suitable for this role.

Practical Interview Assessment

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a small practical assignment, such as:

• Analyse sample sales data and prepare a useful report using AI.
• Use Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to process information and verify the output.
• Demonstrate an AI workflow or project they have previously created.
• Explain how they would automate a repetitive business task.

• *Our objective is to hire someone who can use AI practically to solve business problems, not just someone who knows the names of AI tools.**

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
