About the Role

We're looking for an AI Generalist who is passionate about AI tools and knows how to use them to solve real\-world business problems.

• *This is not a software engineering role.** You don't need to be a full\-stack developer or ML engineer. We're looking for someone who understands the AI ecosystem, experiments with new tools, builds practical workflows, and can help our team work smarter and faster.

You'll work closely with our marketing and operations teams to create AI\-powered content, build automations, and continuously identify new ways AI can improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create AI\-generated videos for social media, marketing, and educational content.
• Write and optimize prompts for text, image, video, and voice generation.
• Build AI\-powered workflows using no\-code/low\-code platforms such as **n8n, Make, or Zapier**.
• Research, test, and implement the latest AI tools and technologies.
• Improve existing marketing and operational processes using AI.
• Repurpose AI\-generated content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
• Identify opportunities where AI can save time, improve quality, and increase efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

• Hands\-on experience with AI tools such as **ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, Pika, Midjourney, Flux**, or similar.
• Strong prompt engineering skills across text, image, video, and voice AI.
• Experience building automations using **n8n, Make, Zapier**, or similar platforms.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to emerging AI technologies.
• Strong problem\-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Portfolio showcasing AI\-generated content, automations, or AI\-based projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating AI video content for social media.
• Basic editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Experience creating content for Meta Ads or Google Ads.
• Familiarity with health, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
